Folks,
For those of you who do not know we
have recently redone our website. Over
the next few weeks it you will still be able to use greenevillefcog.com and get
to our website but there is coming a day when you will have to switch to
greenevillfcog.org. It would probably be
better to do so now but if you want to wait you can at least for a while. This almost sounds like a sermon on salvation
and judgment. There is coming a day when
we shall all stand before the Savior and today is the day of salvation. This has eternal impact while our website
issues will only be temporary issues. By
the way my e-mail address will change to pastorrudd@greenevillefcog.org as well
and while you can use the old one there is coming a day when it will not work. This past Sunday we had a dedication
service for our Stewards who are the major leaders of our congregation. I would ask that you pray for each one of
them as they will be involved in a great deal of work that will place great
demands on them. They are: Steve
Ottinger, Paul Collins, Lisa Shipley, David Tipton, David Gefellers, Ralph
Shipley, Eric Miller, Sabra Modina, Kim
Trantham, and Jeff Melton. Please pray
for these individuals in the days and weeks to come. In this new fiscal year we will be
attempting some new efforts for ministry in our community and surrounding
areas. We will also be looking for
people to lead those ministries as well as our current ministries. It is vital for us not to attempt ministry of
any kind unless we have appropriate leadership so I ask you to pray.
