Hello Folks,
     This past Sunday p.m. Horsecreek Church of God hosted our area Reformation Rally and the attendance was very good.  The sanctuary there was filled to very near capacity.  There were people sitting in the choir and chairs had been set out.  My wife, Ruth, and her quartet, sang two songs and in my non-prejudiced opinion they sounded great!  The theme is The Trumpet Still Sounds.  Tuesday night and Wednesday night of this week Alan Hutchison from Morehead, Ky will be preaching and I really look forward to it.  Alan is a friend of mine as well as someone who God has greatly blessed as a preacher.  Pray that the God will bless him as he preaches and that all who are there will see the truth of God and place it into practice in their lives including me! 
     Last night I was reminded how life is filled with the unexpected.  Ruth and I received a phone call from one of our family members telling us about a physical need that has come to light in our family.  At this time I cannot be more explicit but I will merely say that it is a very serious issue and that we need God to give us a miracle.  Would you please pray that this is exactly what takes place!  For the past 41 years I have trusted God and He has taken care of us in everything that has come and I am going to continue to trust Him!  He is the miracle giver and there is nothing that is too difficult for Him!
